A mix of old, new, and original shots in PC-98 style.

Free to use for non-commercial use. I'd appreciate credit.

Shot constants are structured like SHOT_COLOR+TYPE instead of having a constant for every type of bullet.

Shots look best with linear filtering disabled. This can be done in ph3sx by using
ObjRender_SetTextureFilterMin(obj, FILTER_NONE);
ObjRender_SetTextureFilterMag(obj, FILTER_NONE);
on your bullet object.
