Finally updated and reuploaded to Bulletforge!

- Dying and bombing will now only remove non spell resistant bullets
- Screen shaking has been fixed to accommodate for ph3 updates
- Many various graphical changes

- Ice broken by lasers now break into little bullets
- Added new bullet data detection for ice freezing (see below)
- Now has a bomb count indicator in the bottom left (maxes at visually displaying 9)
- Optimized ice freezing further
- Rebalance to Cirno's damage
- - Specifically, I made the damage range from levels 1 to MAX (90-700) drastically smaller (125-400) (also the high value in this assumes Cirno hits every single one of her bullets while at max power, realistically the level MAX dps is around 285)

Common Data system has been replaced with object oriented data values. As such, Common Data support for ice barrier is removed. Instead, the following is used:

Create an obj value for the bullet by using Obj_SetValue, then set the name as:
- "MediumBullet" = Medium sized ice
- "SmallBullet" = Small sized ice
- "Fireball" = Only freezable during bombs, can still apply MediumBullet or SmallBullet to define the desired frozen size, if undefined will spawn as small
- Setting a bullet to have spell resistance will make it totally unfreezable

The value contained within the name is completely arbitrary, and can be anything.
