Fixed dropped items desyncing replays between resolutions.
v1.1 Post-Contest Update 4/5/2020 April 5, 2020:
Increased the game resolution to 1440x1080. You can edit the .def file for custom resolutions. Replays should be unaffected by the game resolution.
Added display frame and newer life/spell counter graphics.
Camera panning is smoothened instead of rigid.
Changed the music, and a couple sounds.
