Usage of Image: Montejaque to Ronda Zigzag Path

To whom it may concern,

I came across the image at http://hikeandbikeholidays.com/sites/default/files/Zigzag%20path.jpg and found it to be absolutely beautiful (as well as some of the other images of Andalusia on your site). I would like to use this particular image as part of a project, and so I would like to know the terms and conditions associated with its use. 

My project is a video game that will be distributed for free, and the image of the Montejaque-Ronda path would be a background in the game. 

If you could provide terms and conditions for the use of this image, that would be fantastic. Alternatively, if I cannot use the image, I will search for a replacement.

Thanks for getting in touch about using the photo and for your nice comment about it. 

To be honest we have never had such a request so dont have experience in the relevant Ts and Cs or any costs. Can you give us an idea on where the game will be distributed and the sort of reach you are expecting for it. Is it a commercial project or something else?

The only thing that's set in stone is that it will not be sold for money, as it is a personal project. There is a chance it will be released for free on itch.io, but that too is unlikely unless circumstances change.

As for reach, I don't expect more than 200 people to ever play it, though those are just estimates from the popularity of the demo.

Thanks for the info. On that basis you are welcome to use the photo. If there is somewhere you can credit the photo to "Hike + Bike the Sierras, Ronda, Spain” that would be great but it is not a deal-breaker.
